About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional therapy services to students in the Free Union, VA area. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative school-based setting, supporting students in developing their communication skills for academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Virginia state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required.
