We are seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in the Stafford, Virginia area. This position offers full-time opportunities at 37.5 hours per week, with part-time consideration for candidates available for at least 20 hours weekly. With an immediate need through May 29, 2026, you'll serve elementary and middle school students across no more than 2 school locations, ensuring manageable travel and stronger school community connections. We welcome both experienced professionals and those new to school settings, as well as Clinical Fellows and experienced SLPAs. We offer competitive compensation starting at $50+ per hour based on experience.

Position Details
Schedule Options:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (preferred)
- Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week (will consider)
Duration: Immediate start through May 29, 2026 (Current School Year)
School Assignment: Maximum of 2 schools per SLP
Student Population: Elementary and middle school students
Caseload Highlights
- Manageable caseload: Never exceeds 55 students (typically around 50)
- Focused age groups: Elementary and middle school students only
- Strategic placement: School assignments based on candidate fit and preferences
- Location discussions: School locations can be discussed during interview process
- Balanced workload: Multiple schools allow for varied experiences while maintaining manageability
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensing & Certification:
- Active SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) Licensure required
- CCC-SLP certification required (Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision provided)
- No Department of Education certification required
Experience Welcome:
- School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- New-to-schools professionals encouraged to apply
- Experienced SLPAs welcome to apply
- Clinical Fellows with supervision needs supported

- Knowledge of speech and language assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple school environments
