We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle school students for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time position is perfect for professionals passionate about speech therapy and committed to student success.
Position Snapshot
- Location: School-Based (Middle School)
- Start Date: ~August 1, 2025
- End Date: May 22, 2026
- Schedule: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Caseload:
- Split between two schools
- SLPA support available 2.5 days per week at each site
- Significant testing, report writing, and meeting attendance
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer classroom interventions and teacher consultations
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in professional development and training
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License
- CDE License
- School-based therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology and virtual therapy tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
