We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Franklin, WI. In this role, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping every student reach their full potential.

  • Full time hours
  •  ASAP- End of school year 
  • Elementary caseload 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines.

  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support communication skills in the classroom and at home.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

  • Implement evidence-based practices and stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current Wisconsin SLP Professional License.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in a school setting is a plus.
