This full-time position offers an engaging opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students with a dynamic caseload in a school setting in Framingham, MA. Candidates with active SLP licensure in Massachusetts and school-based experience are encouraged to apply. Part-time candidates seeking 20 hours per week will also be considered for this onsite role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments and generating detailed reports
  • Delivering individualized therapeutic services to elementary students
  • Collaborating with parents and teachers through consistent communication
  • Consulting on IEP development, including writing goals and progress documentation
  • Managing a caseload onsite to ensure consistency and quality of care

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Current SLP licensure in Massachusetts
  • School-based experience with an elementary caseload
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) required; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible
  • Clear background check (CORI) and fingerprinting completed
  • Effective communication skills for working with students, families, and educators

This position starts immediately and runs through June 30, 2026, with one opening available. A Zoom interview will be conducted as part of the selection process.
