Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Framingham, MA
A full-time or part-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students within a school setting in Framingham, MA. This travel position requires onsite presence due to caseload demands, providing a hands-on role focused on comprehensive speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Deliver direct therapeutic services to an elementary school caseload
- Participate in consultations and collaborate with educators and parents
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including goal writing and progress documentation
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and school staff
- Comply with all state licensing requirements and participate in necessary background screenings
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible
- Proven experience in a school-based setting with elementary-aged students
- Ability to work onsite full time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
- Willingness to complete a CORI background check and fingerprinting as required by the state
