Assignment Overview:
- Schedule and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Prepare and submit required documentation including Review of Data Reports (RDRs) and IEPs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services
- Potentially supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Maintain daily logs and submit weekly to comply with district protocols
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Georgia Educator License required
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred
- Strong organizational skills and reliability to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with educators, families, and service providers
- Proven time management skills to maximize direct therapy and complete timely documentation
