About the Role
Are you a Texas-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills—without the daily commute? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Texas. This fully remote opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while partnering with educators, families, and school teams statewide.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and academic standards

Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support and track student progress

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification for school-based SLPs, or eligibility to obtain

Prior teletherapy experience preferred
