Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy to students.
- Manage caseloads of approximately 65 students at a middle school and 85 students at a high school.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports following school district guidelines.
- Engage with families and participate in team meetings to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferred certification of SLP-CCC; candidates with Clinical Fellowship status must secure supervision independently prior to start date, as the district does not provide supervision.
- Experience working in schools with diverse student populations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Location:
- Two full-time onsite positions available within Lewisville ISD:
- Durham Middle School (Lewisville, TX)
- Hebron High School / Hebron 9 (Carrollton, TX)
- Both roles require physical presence at the respective school sites.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week; part-time candidates may be considered.
