Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our high school team in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time contract position focuses on supporting high school students’ communication, language, and social skills to help them achieve academic and functional success.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students.

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs.

  • Provide direct and consultative services across classroom and small group settings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support students’ progress.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

  • Active Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with secondary-level students.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
