A K-12 school in Bowie, MD is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services for students across all grade levels. This contract position offers full-time hours through the school year, delivering essential support to children with speech and language needs in a dynamic educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services including teletherapy options as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and state regulations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Maryland SLP License.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods.
- Skills in working with pediatric populations.
Position Details:

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
