Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Onsite Only
Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: St. Lucie, Florida
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and student-focused Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive, collaborative school team. In this role, you’ll make a daily impact by helping students find their voices, build confidence, and thrive academically and socially.
You’ll be part of a close-knit community that values communication, creativity, and care — not just for students, but for the professionals who serve them.
What You’ll Do

Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges

Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Communicate progress through interpretive conferences and detailed documentation

Serve as a trusted resource for staff and families, offering insight and strategies to support communication goals

Maintain compliance with district and state requirements while ensuring each student receives quality, personalized support
Caseload details will be shared during the interview.
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active State SLP license
-
Prior school-based experience preferred, but we welcome passionate clinicians eager to grow in this setting
