As a Bilingual SLP, you will deliver speech and language therapy in both English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy sessions that address communication goals for multilingual learners. You’ll serve as a vital link in supporting both linguistic and academic growth.
To work as a Bilingual SLP in Florida, candidates must hold a current Florida SLP license. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. ASHA certification is preferred. All candidates must pass a background check and meet Florida's employment requirements for educational professionals.
