Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) are needed to provide full-time or part-time support in multiple school locations throughout Fort Myers, FL. This on-site opportunity involves direct service delivery to children in a school setting within a vibrant and diverse educational district. The assignment runs through early June 2026, offering a variety of caseloads depending on the specific school location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services to school-aged students across a range of grade levels.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.
  • Assist in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring in compliance with state and district guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Florida teacher certification and/or an active Florida Department of Health SLP license.
  • Eligibility for fingerprint clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse, including JLA badge acquisition within approximately 14 business days.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools as assigned in Fort Myers.

  • Multiple school sites within Fort Myers, serving various elementary, middle, and high school students.
