ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join Florida school districts for the 2025–2026 school year. This position is primarily for a second semester (January 2026) start, with openings available for earlier onboarding if desired.

What You’ll Get

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Active or pending Florida SLP License or eligibility through the Department of Health

  • ASHA CCC certification preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)

  • Ability to pass state and district background checks


Job Details

  • Start Date: January 2026 (Second Semester) — Immediate starts available

  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available

  • Employment Type: W-2 contract

  • Compensation: $40–$45/hour ($1,500–$1,688 weekly) — Travelers may earn higher pay

  • Contract Extensions: May be available based on district needs and performance

Your Role Will Include

  • Providing speech and language therapy to K–12 students

  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders

  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with district and state standards
