About the Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is partnering with The School District of Lee County to fill multiple Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles offer the opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ communication development and academic success across several schools in the Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres areas.

Caseload: Varies by school site

Grade Levels: K–12 (dependent on assignment)

Locations: Multiple campuses available throughout Lee County

Majority of openings in the East Zone (Lehigh Acres area)

Lexington Middle School is the southernmost site, closest to Naples
Supervision: Open to SLP-CCCs and SLP-CFs; SLPAs may be considered if proper supervision is available
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
Valid Florida Teaching Certification and/or Florida SLP License (required)
ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to providing quality, student-centered therapy
