School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fort Lupton, CO
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Fort Lupton area. This full-time, school-based position is an exciting opportunity to help students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential.
About the Role:
As an SLP, you will provide essential speech and language services while collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy in one-on-one and group settings.

Track progress and maintain detailed documentation.

Work closely with teachers and families to support student growth.

Stay compliant with all state and district policies.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passion for helping students succeed through speech and language support.
