Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a team of professionals serving students in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in students’ communication and academic success. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services in a supportive school-based environment. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; all languages encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs.

Deliver direct therapy and consultation services to students.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.

Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.

Participate in IEP meetings and support data-driven student progress.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; all languages encouraged to apply.
