Key Qualifications:

- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist - Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to a diverse student population.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate student records, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Consult regularly with school staff and parents to support the generalization of communication skills in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required by the school setting.
- Ensure services align with best practices and current research in speech-language pathology.
