Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado SLP license with current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) credential in hand
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language pathology services to a diverse student population (PreK–12) following IEP goals and best practices
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized instruments
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student growth and generalize skills
- Develop and implement individualized IEP plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team discussions
