Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) educator certification
- SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates will also be considered
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong ability to assess and manage diverse student caseloads
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
