A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Fort Benning, GA, serving the educational needs of a school district. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) educator certification
  • SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates will also be considered
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong ability to assess and manage diverse student caseloads
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Additional Information:
This role requires onsite presence—candidates must be able to work within the school setting. Telepractice or virtual candidates will not be considered for this position.
