ProCare Therapy is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school partners across the state of Washington for the upcoming school year. We’re hiring dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students develop critical communication skills and succeed both academically and socially.
Position Overview
The selected SLP will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will be an integral part of a collaborative educational team, delivering services that are individualized, student-centered, and aligned with IEP goals.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings

Develop and implement IEPs for students requiring speech-language services

Provide therapy services in individual or group settings

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district regulations

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Active Washington ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate License)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
