Exceptional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Wanted – Full-Time School-Based Position for 2025–2026 School Year

Position Overview

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (No part-time or PRN options)

Start Date: August 12, 2025

End Date: May 29, 2026

Location: School-based settings (various school districts)

Caseload: Tailored to experience and preferences. Opportunities to work with elementary, middle, or high school students.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and needs.

Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop, implement, and modify therapy plans to meet IEP goals for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Therapy Services: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy in alignment with best practices and evidence-based interventions.

Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive service delivery.

IEP Development & Monitoring: Actively participate in IEP meetings and document student progress regularly.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
State licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered for select positions
-
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required—dedicated training and mentorship are available for new graduates

Ability to collaborate in a team setting and manage a caseload effectively

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
