School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fontana, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position supports an elementary caseload consisting of mild to moderate, speech-only students. The role includes case management responsibilities and offers a supportive environment for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
- Manage a caseload of speech-only students with mild to moderate needs
- Serve as case manager, including IEP development, scheduling, and compliance
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible SLP license in the state of practice
- CFY candidates encouraged to apply; mentorship and supervision available
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
