Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- California state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Recent experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each child's specific needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication skills
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation consistent with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and provide input on student progress
- Consult and work closely with educators and families to support student goals and generalization of skills
- Offer professional guidance and strategies to staff as needed
