A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Fontana, CA. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) and offers the chance to apply your expertise in speech-language pathology within an educational environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings (K-12)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
