School Speech Language Pathologist - Florissant, Missouri
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role offers the opportunity to support K-12 students across multiple schools in the St. Louis, MO area. The position is a contract assignment from January 5, 2026, to June 3, 2026, providing services on-site in a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities include delivering quality speech and language therapy to students primarily in elementary and self-contained school environments. The role involves managing caseloads at multiple locations, such as Koch Elementary (3 days per week), Lewis & Clark Elementary (2 days per week), and Southview School, adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Missouri state license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with monolingual English-speaking students preferred
- Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours daily)
- Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 populations is an advantage
