ProCare Therapy is seeking motivated Speech-Language Pathologists to join school districts throughout Missouri for the 2025–2026 school year. These positions are ideal for clinicians who are passionate about empowering students to develop communication skills that enhance learning and confidence.
Position Highlights

Start Date: August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, approx. 37.5 hours/week

Setting: Onsite in public and charter schools

Grade Levels: PreK–12 (placements aligned with license and experience)

Employment Type: W2 contract through ProCare Therapy
Responsibilities
-
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development
-
Maintain compliance with Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and IDEA guidelines
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Missouri SLP license (CFs encouraged to apply)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
