Travel Speech Pathology - Florence, AZ
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) opportunity is available serving elementary school students in Florence, AZ. This position provides a rewarding role working directly with students to support their communicative development in a structured school environment. The role encompasses a caseload of up to 57 students, including approximately 15 with Speech-Language Impairment (SLI), with support from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) onsite two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and conduct assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and participation
- Manage a caseload focused on elementary-aged children at a single school site
- Maintain documentation and comply with school district policies and procedures
Qualifications/Experience:
- Arizona licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during school hours (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM on most days; 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM on Wednesdays)
- No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) eligible for this role
Location and Schedule:
Florence, AZ elementary school setting with a consistent, non-itinerant caseload. The position starts as soon as possible and runs through May 22, 2026, covering the full academic year.
