A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) opportunity is available in Florence, AZ, serving elementary school students in a supportive and structured environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a caseload capped at 57 students, including approximately 15 with Speech-Language Impairments (SLI), and is supported by an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) two days per week.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP License with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- No Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) eligible for this role
Location and Schedule:
- Elementary school setting, one school site only (not itinerant)
- Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate with an onsite SLPA for caseload support
