Qualifications:
- Must hold valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Fully licensed, no Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Experience working in school settings with children from Pre-K to grade 8 preferred
- Skilled in assessment, individualized treatment planning, and collaboration with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student goals
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with school staff and families
- Provide evidence-based intervention services in a classroom or therapy setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
