About the Position
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide early intervention services to a pediatric caseload. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting young children’s development and enjoys working in collaborative, supportive environments. The position is part-time, with 28 hours per week, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a critical period in a child's life.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for children aged 3 to 8

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small group settings

Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support

Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

Participate in IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations

Educate and empower families with strategies to support communication development at home
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state licensure (SLP-CCC preferred; CFs may be considered based on supervision availability)

Previous experience working with early childhood or school-aged populations is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
