Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Fishers, Indiana

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Fishers, IN, serving elementary school students from kindergarten through sixth grade. This contract-to-hire position offers a unique setting split between two school buildings located approximately 3.5 miles apart. The role requires providing speech-language services to a combined caseload of 51 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in grades K-4 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (23 students).
- Provide therapy to 5th and 6th-grade students on Tuesday and Thursday (28 students).
- Conduct evaluations and develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Complete report writing, progress notes, and Medicaid billing documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members through meetings and consultations.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage caseload and prepare all required documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
