Soliant has an opening for a contracted Speech Language Pathologist in the Federalsburg, Maryland area. This position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and exceptional Health Benefits including a 401k package.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland.

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills & Abilities

Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Strong documentation skills to support IEP development and student progress tracking

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff
