This full-time, on-site role, located near Belfair, WA, offers a rewarding opportunity to work with young learners aged 3 to 5 years old across Early Learning and Elementary School settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to 3-5-year-old students in Early Learning and Elementary School programs
  • Conduct child find evaluations and provide itinerant services as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) with eligibility for Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in Washington State
  • Experience working in school-based settings serving early childhood populations, including developmental preschool programs
  • Competence in conducting child find evaluations and providing itinerant services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and school teams
  • Optional skills in teletherapy and pediatric healthcare settings are valued
