Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

Position Details
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full Time
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School
Setting: Onsite only
What You’ll Do Every Day
-
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students across multiple grade levels

Conduct evaluations and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary support teams

Address communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication

Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual student goals
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Supervise at least one SLPA as needed

Who We’re Looking For
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
-
Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
-
NC DPI Certification (preferred)
-
Ability to supervise an SLPA
-
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
