About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role is critical in helping K–12 students build essential communication skills for academic success, social interaction, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students based on IEP goals

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student development
-
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluation teams, and intervention planning
-
Maintain accurate service documentation, progress notes, and compliance with federal and state regulations
-
Support generalization of communication strategies across educational settings
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Minnesota SLP License
-
Active or eligible CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (CFY supervision may be available)

Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
