Are you looking for a long-term school-based SLP opportunity where your expertise is valued and supported? We’re hiring a skilled and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in a Fairfield, ME school district for the 2025 school year.
If you enjoy working in a structured environment with well-defined expectations and a cohesive team, this role is for you.
Position Details:
We are currently hiring for two potential caseloads, depending on your experience and preference:
Option 1: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade Caseload
Option 2: 7th – 12th Grade Caseload
Both roles are full-time and based on-site within the school district.
Job Responsibilities:
The SLP will be responsible for:

Performing diagnostic assessments
-
Drafting and managing IEPs
-
Delivering direct therapy to assigned students

Communicating with parents, teachers, and teams
-
Monitoring outcomes and adjusting services as needed

Supporting compliance and reporting documentation
Qualifications:
-
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Maine state licensure (or ability to obtain)
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Professionalism and commitment to student growth
