Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite School Roles Near Fairfield, Connecticut | 2025–2026
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or entering your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and passionate about helping students thrive in the classroom? We are seeking multiple onsite SLPs to support schools across Connecticut for the 2025–2026 school year.
Whether you're a seasoned professional or a confident new grad, we offer caseload flexibility, mentoring, and opportunities to work with diverse student populations—from preschool through middle school.
Position Details:

Location: Onsite at school campuses near Fairfield, CT

Schedule: Full-time (30–37.5 hrs/week) or part-time (2–4 days/week)

Caseload: Ranges from PreK through 8th grade, based on your preference
-
School Year: Late August or Early September 2025 – June 2026

Compensation:
-
SLP CCCs: $45–$55/hr (based on experience & placement)
-
SLP CFYs: $38–$45/hr with direct supervision included
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement IEP goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
-
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Connecticut SLP license (or in process)
-
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
-
School-based experience or passion for school populations
-
Must be comfortable working onsite in a school environment
