Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist credential (CA SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy and traditional in-person service delivery
- Ability to adapt services across varying age groups and caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments to students across multiple schools (age groups and specific caseload details to be determined)
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational goals
- Deliver services both on-site and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in regular progress monitoring
