Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Contract
Location: Fairfield, CA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based position in Fairfield, CA. This contract opportunity may be renewed based on performance and district needs.
Position Requirements:

Must meet all state and local licensing requirements to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.

Prior experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and success.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
