School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Fairfield, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
About the Role:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a team at an elementary school serving a diverse student body in Fairfield, California. This is a full-time, on-site position offering 40 hours per week.
As the SLP, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ communication and language development, collaborating with educators, and helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings
-
Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
-
Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP license or eligibility
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)

Prior school-based experience is a plus

Commitment to working on-site only
