Location: Fairfield, Alabama-area public schools
Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 Contract | School-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday during standard school hours
Contract Term: Current school year with potential extension
Sunbelt Staffing is working with a welcoming school district in the Fairfield, Alabama area to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract role. This position offers a strong support system, including collaboration with special education teams and school administration.
Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings

Complete speech-language evaluations and assessments

Create, implement, and monitor IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

Maintain accurate and compliant student documentation
Required Credentials:
-
Active Alabama SLP license
-
School-based certification
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Previous pediatric or school experience preferred
