Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person – Fairchilds, TX
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position in Fairchilds, Texas. In this role, you will provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive and collaborative school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations and a strong commitment to helping students improve their communication skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans based on each student’s needs
-
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication and language development

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support classroom participation and academic achievement

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development

Provide education and resources to staff and families to support students’ communication goals
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Texas SLP license required
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
