Speech Language Pathologist in Fabens, TX
This opportunity is for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K-12 school setting in Fabens, TX. The position is full-time, with part-time candidates considered only if they are available for full days, not partial hours. The contract runs through the current school year, ending in June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in compliance with state and district requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies.
- Adapt therapies to accommodate diverse caseloads, which may include bilingual students.
Qualifications:
- Valid State Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required.
- Experience working in school settings with students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a variable caseload and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Location: Fabens, Texas (on-site work only).
