Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Exeter, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and families to help students achieve success in communication, language, and learning.
The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders while supporting the overall educational mission of the district.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K–12 school setting.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs and district goals.

Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and parents.

Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff development opportunities.

Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support language development and communication strategies across the curriculum.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
