Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Exeter, California
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 35–37.5 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
School Year: 2025–2026 (25–26 SY)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for the 2025–2026 school year in Exeter, CA. This is a full-time position offering a consistent daily schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and student-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Maintain appropriate documentation and progress monitoring
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
-
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid California SLP License (Required)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a school setting

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Onboarded candidates with current credentialing and clearances
