An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support in an elementary school setting located in Evergreen, CO. This position is on a leave contract basis, with the immediate start to support students through March 2026, with a strong possibility of extension through the end of the school year in May.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado license as an SLP or SLPA
- Current or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
- Preferred experience working in school or pediatric settings
Position Details:
- Start Date: Immediate hire and new contracts beginning January 5, 2026
- End Date: March 2026, with likely extension through May 2026
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Student Age Group: Elementary (Kindergarten through 5th grade)
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Providing therapy services aligned with educational goals
