Speech and Language Pathologist in Everett, WA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a maternity leave assignment from January 5th, 2026, to March 27th, 2026 within a K-12 public school setting. This in-person contract opportunity serves a caseload primarily at an elementary school with 27 students, along with involvement on the early childhood Child Find team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students on caseload
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Conducting evaluations and participating in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
- Supporting early childhood initiatives through screening and identification in the Child Find program
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Endorsement for Speech-Language Pathologist (ESA)
- Experience delivering services in school settings with children across K-12
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and documentation
