Position Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team near Eugene, OR. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for experienced clinicians or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs

  • Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Oregon state SLP license or eligibility

  • ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations

  • Familiarity with special education and IEP processes
